Your treatment time includes consultation,aftercare advice and dressing time.
We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
Please understand that a late arrival may mean that your scheduled time is reduced or unable to be honoured.
We understand that there can on occasions be
the requirement to cancel treatments.
As a courtesy to other guests and therapist we have the following cancellation terms.
Cancellations of any Treatments within 48 hours will incur a 100% charge.
Cancellation prior to 48 hours notice we can rearrange the appointment or issue a Voucher to use within 6 months.
For All Bookings and Group bookings of 4+ on any of our Pamper Packages a 50% non refundable deposit is required at time of booking.
Some of the treatments that are offered are not suitable for guests with certain medical ailments and conditions
We request that you draw to our attention if you are seeing a GP for any reason.
We request that guests keep noise to a minimum and switch off any mobile phones before start of treatment.
All valuables are left at the owners risk and we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage.
